curbdrop out of grace

she's always out making scenes.

couple of things.

i find it amazing sometimes that people just know they're awesome and are confident enough to plan out their lives based on this knowledge. now sometimes, often times, they're wrong. but still, to go ahead "as if" amazes me.

that thought comes from the fact that jane plans on going to portfolio school, moving to chicago, quitting her current job, etc. this plan is supposed to take place this summer. now she hasn't even gotten her acceptance letter, but she is confident enough in her art skills to go ahead "as if".

so i guess she knows or thinks she knows she's badass based on seeing her peers and having the attitude that she is as good if not better than everyone else.

i don't know, it amazes me.

second and final thought before i go back to real work. i walked into the men's bathroom today and almost immediately following me was another man. now i went into one stall to do my morning shit and he went into a different one (no we were not next to each other). anyway, i felt like we basically went into the bathroom stalls at the same time, and so the whole time shitting, i felt like i was competing with this dude to finish first. like it was some old fashioned circle jerk or something, you know, the kind you used to play with your imaginary "friend" greg, who only had one imaginary testical because his imaginary dog bit it off thinking greg was smuggling drugs.

you know.

and i'm sure you're wondering... i lost.
